Welcome to Raging Canucks. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ragingcanucks.com and any related products and services offered by Raging Canucks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, or use the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your account credentials.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colours, scale, condition, packaging, and appearance may vary due to photography, screens, manufacturing changes, or the nature of collectible and pre-owned items. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
For collectible cards and memorabilia, condition descriptions and photographs form part of the listing. Unless expressly stated otherwise, protective sleeves, top loaders, display stands, or other accessories shown may be used for protection or photography and are not necessarily included.
3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, including because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing or listing mistakes, shipping restrictions, or payment issues. If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are added where applicable. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for loss or damage will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any carrier or shipping protection terms.
5. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the return or refund terms presented on the website or at checkout, together with applicable consumer protection law. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or collect data without authorization; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.

The website and its original content, design, branding, text, graphics, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Raging Canucks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, characters, artwork, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in product listings does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other websites. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie and tracking choices may be available through our cookie preferences tool.
10. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Any warranties, conditions, or representations that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raging Canucks and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. The courts of British Columbia will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
15. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with policies referenced in them and information presented at checkout, form the agreement between you and Raging Canucks regarding use of the website and purchases.
